Personas

Next, we synthesized our team’s user research findings to create imaginary representations of our potential users. First, we each worked on provisional personas individually, using the findings from our respective interviews. Then as a team, we combined and finalized them into two polished personas to ultimately represent our users. Creating personas allowed us to get a better understanding of who exactly our users are and narrow in on specific characteristics that are relevant to the problem we are trying to address. Each polished persona consisted of synthesized characteristics, goals, pain points, desires, and a personal scenario, all rooted in our research findings. The scenarios were then used to create our user journey map.
