User Evaluation

Once we had a low-fidelity, functional prototype, we conducted user testing to gain insights into the strengths and weaknesses of our design. The low-fidelity prototype was shown to four participants, who were given a list of tasks to complete in addition to short interviews before and after the test. Through testing, our participants shared commendations of what worked well, their pain points using our current model, and some ideas for other functionality they might like to see in our design. We found that users appreciated the layout and functionality of our app, but some users found parts of it confusing and unintuitive. We would revise these areas to be more understandable and accessible for the high-fidelity prototype.
